Alexandre Martin was born and raised in France, and works full time in IT. He moved to New York City in 2012 and fell in love with photography after meeting Jimmy Chin, a National Geographic photographer, during the presentation of his last movie at the Explorer‘s Club in NYC. Alexandre admired his work and dreamt of creating similar images. From that point on, Alexandre began regularly flying over New York City and dedicating his time to aerial shots that showcase the magic of the city from above.
Alexandre's work is published in Trope New York, the fifth volume in the Trope City Editions series, that celebrates the architecture and urban landscapes of the “city that never sleeps,” one of the world’s cultural capitals.
