Andy Shigekawa is a native Southern California resident. He attempts to elicit an emotional response with the mood of his images. He began with product and landscape photography but is currently focused on capturing the candid moments of daily life in his street photography. He is a singer-songwriter and jazz musician and serves a worship leader at his church. He enjoys traveling with his wife and growing as an artist.
Andy's work is featured in The Reader, a photography book that intimately captures people from around the world lost in the timeless act of reading.
