Born in Colombia and now based in Miami, Paula Moreno is a photographer and FAA-certified drone pilot whose work is deeply influenced by light, color, and emotion. Her journey into photography began as a quiet curiosity, a desire to capture moments that felt beautiful before they disappeared. What started as exploration slowly became a calling.  

Moving to Miami transformed the way she sees the world. The pastel, vibrant tones of blue and green that define the city, the ocean meeting the skyline, the reflections against glass towers, the endless horizon, became her daily inspiration. She is drawn to sunny days and clear skies, when light feels abundant and everything seems possible. Those elements are present in nearly all of her work.  

Through her lens, Paula seeks more than a perfect composition. She looks for energy, the feeling of standing above the city at golden hour, the calm of the ocean under soft daylight, the rhythm of architecture against open sky. Her background as an entrepreneur and creative has taught her discipline and resilience, but photography remains her space for freedom and expression. As the creator behind Miami Drone Queen, Paula continues to explore new heights, both literally and personally, always chasing light, color, and the quiet magic found in everyday scenes.
