Yoshi Sawa is a landscape photographer based in both the United States and Japan, specializing in urban and nightscapes. His practice explores the intersections of natural and built environments, focusing on the fleeting qualities of light and the geometric beauty of manmade structures. Living and working between two cultures, he draws upon their contrasts and harmonies to capture landscapes that balance geographic specificity with the universal language of the urban environment, rendered in vibrant color.
