Carousel Hart loves to create cabaret acts based on people from the past who lived on the edges of society, from 1960s strip clubs to Victorian circus sideshows. Carousel's looks are big, bright, and colorful, born from the freedom of coming out and reflecting the joyful feeling of no longer being in the closet. 

Image photographed by Veronika Marx, a stylist and photographer who compiled an expansive vintage wardrobe of accessories, retro clothing pieces and props, and helped build the confidence of her clients while creating a space for them to feel beautiful. She has been featured in magazines such as Vintage Life Magazine, Bomb Boudoir, Slovakian OK Magazine, and has worked as a photographer for Playboy CZ and several celebrities like burlesque queen Immodesty Blaze and Miss Miranda, to name a few

Sizing & Shipping

Sizes are measured from edge to edge of paper. Image size is approximately 2-3" smaller on all four sides, depending on the photographer's original format, to allow plenty of room for matting if desired. Custom sizes and shipping are available; please email or call for more info.

Print only orders are shipped untrimmed and gently rolled into a tube and ship within 2-3 days. Framed orders are boxed with protective foam and ship within 3-4 weeks.

All prints include a Certificate of Authenticity.

Paper & Printing

Trope prints are produced on museum-quality, uncoated fine art cotton rag paper. Images are printed with archival, colorfast dye inks for bold and precise color. Custom paper is available; please email or call for more info.
