How soon can I expect my order?

Book orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Print orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

FOR SHIPMENTS IN THE US AND UK:

Economy shipping takes 3-10 business days. Expedited shipping takes 2-6 business days.

FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE US AND UK:

Timing to all other countries varies by distance. We will try to alert you of any unexpected delays. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

 

How can I track my order?

FOR SHIPMENTS IN THE US AND UK:

We will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and tracking number. Please note, that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Economy shipping is untracked. If you choose expedited shipping, we will send you a tracking number upon shipment.

 

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the US and Europe, but can ship worldwide. Feel free to contact us at info@trope.com if you have questions about shipping to your country.

 

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on where you are ordering from and how fast you want it delivered. We offer both economy and expedited shipping options. Shipping options are calculated at checkout.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept payments by credit card and PayPal.

 

What is your return policy?

We hope you love your purchase, but if you want to return a product you have bought from this site or there is some fault please contact us at info@trope.com.

Items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Be sure to include the original order number. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is received, a credit will be issued to the credit card used for payment of the original order. Shipping charges will not be refunded except as required by law. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.

EU customers: You have specific rights to cancel under EU rules. Please see Section 3C of our Terms and Conditions.

Refunds typically take 1-2 weeks to process, but may take longer during exceptionally busy times. Make sure to hang on to your return tracking number so you can confirm your order has made it back to the warehouse.
