Trope is pleased to present Paul Natkin’s The Moment of Truth, a photographic collection of legendary music stars of the last half of the 20th century. A limited Trope Edition, signed prints are available online. A gallery exhibit will follow in the spring of 2022, when Natkin: The Moment of Truth arrives in bookstores around the world.
The Trope production team worked with Paul Natkin through 2020 and the beginning of 2021 during the Covid-19 shutdown to rescan his collection of original negatives and slide film, meticulously color correcting and retouching each frame to restore and retain its original film quality to every detail. The result is a unique collection of over 150 of Paul’s best images, available on trope.com as a limited Trope Edition series.
Every photographer knows the moment of truth, and every picture tells a story. Over the past four decades, Paul Natkin has had a front-row seat to chronicle the excitement and excess of the music industry, culminating in a newly curated collection, Natkin: Moment of Truth.
