The Londonist Features Ron Timehin’s Images of London in the Fog

It's a real pea souper out there. At least it is when photographer Ron Timehin whips out his camera. Timehin has a new photography book, aptly titled London Fog.

Timehin's photos are often devoid of people. To capture such foggy scenes he'd wake up as early as 4am, resulting in haunting and majestic shots. He's also a former jazz musician, and likes to compare his photos to jazz compositions — “sad yet beautiful at the same time”.
